quick question about pains in my stomach

I often find myself sitting up or preparing myself for a sneeze because my sides/stomach hurt like crazy for a few seconds. It feels like I pulled a muscle and it's painful. It's not all the time but it's usually my lower abdomen and usually only when I move too quickly. Is this normal? I'm 9w3d.

As far as really pulling a muscle goes, I don't think I did *at least*... Other times I can move just fine and it not hurt. It's just when I move too fast or turn over in bed and my body twists or when I sneeze or cough too hard. It didn't happen before I was pregnant, so this is just one of those reminders that lets me know I am. I don't have many other symptoms is why I say that lol

I was the same if you sat n you bring your legs up a little I found that stopped the muscle pulling when I sneezed or coughed exspecially when I was laid in bed
