twins cyst

hi im 32 weeks pregnant with twin girls and the doctors told me that they have found some kind of cyst in both of them , the cysts have grown more than the other and my wuestion is ,, what could have caused this and can i do to prevent it somehow from growing bigger and what can happend if it does grow bigger am i and my girls in any kind of danger...?

Did they tell you where the cysts were located?

Well first of all it depends on what kind of cyst you are talking about.  Generally speaking cysts are not something caused by something you did, nor can you usually do anything to prevent them.  I can't answer whether or not the girls are in danger, without knowing the type and location of the cysts there's really no way for any one to give you any advice on that.
