rash maybe allergy?

My baby has like a rash on her face, it started with little red bumps and now her whole cheeks are red with the same bumps, idk if its allergy or a rash, is that normal? Or what can i do for it to go away? I dont like seeing my baby like that :( any advice please?

There are alot of things it could be, my daughter had red spots on her face as a baby, they were milk spots and went away on there own. Take her to the doc and they will be able to tell you exactly what they are and why she has them.

She doesn't have a fever, she has like allergy on her body but not alot, it's mostly on her cheeks it just started like little allergy that i thought it was gonna go away then it started to spread around her face she's been having it since last week and it's not going away :(

It's probably just baby acne or a heat rash...not uncommon.

My son had a fever then broke out in a rash on his chest, back, and face. It was caused by a virus going around. That's why I asked!(:

I doubt she has a fever, but you could always go buy a thermometer and take her temp. It's just probably something she came in contact with

Take her to a clinic so they can give you the correct type of medication
