raspberry leaf capsules

Okay i know there has been several post about red rasperry leaf tea but i'm wondering about rasberry leaf capsules. Just becuase it would be easier for me to take. Questions (btw im 37w+4d)
How many should i take a day?.. The bottle says 2 a da but on some websites it says 2 doses 3 times a day.
Have any of you actually taken it??
Does it help induce labor or make labor easier?
any other comments or recommendations will be greatly appreciated

Thanks i'm afraid of tearing its my first pregnancy and i'm due in 16 days

Yes, I take the tablets & I think they do help (on my 3rd preg, have taken them twice before)!! Just take whatever the bottle says because they're all different! They help to tone & soften the cervix & get everything ready for birth. They don't induce labour but they make it easier & you're less likely to tear!

I started 2 tablets a day at 36 weeks. I would have no clue if they are doing anything. Lol. Supposed to make the uterus stronger therefore making contractions more effective. This is my first pregnancy.

The tablets do work the same but i was told you need to start then at 34 or 35 weeks so im not sure if they will work like their supposed to being your nearly 38.

Oh and no it does not induce labor sadly enough.

I don't know if it would be the same. I was told that only organic raspberry leaf tea worked and had to pick it up from one of the tea houses out here since it couldn't be bought in stores. I drank it a couple times a day and when I delivered everything moved quickly with no complications.
