Yeah but as long as your baby doesn't have that the formula is intended for infants. That's what they give in hospitals. Just wanted u to know it is safe :))
Idk english was my second language, but it just throws me off. Lol im honestly not even sure why they worded it like that but i know its safe for babies.
"Not intended for use by infants OR children with galactosemia"
I use similac total comfort.
It says infants with gastrointestinal problems...
Mreeah I am a pediatric RN and when I got in to work in the morning I can see all the calls that came through the answering service we have overnight... You'd be shocked at why some people call their pediatrician in the middle of the night! Lol
Mhmm, thanks (: i just was kinda giggling at the thought of calling them at 8pm to ask about formula. Lol but now its funnier since its 5:30am
I actually have an appt soon and since i only occasionally supplement with formula i doubt ill even get to opening the bottle.
If its the Similac AR for spit up that's fine to use, lots of babies do. However its always best to consult your pediatrician before switching formulas just so they are aware and can document the changes.
I didnt see one for similac but we are switching from the enfamil one :/ my little one spits it up like no bodys buisness!
I used it with my son and he was completely fine. But if you're worried I know they make formula for newborns as well. I know enfamil does it but I'm not sure about similac.
