ready to go into labor or not?

How do u know if your body is ready to go into labor or not lots of women say that nothing would jump start labor unless your body is ready is there signs your body is ready or not?ive been. Cramping alot since like 30 weeks and im 36 weeks now im tired of being pregnant cuz i also have pain and lots of heartburn im very low as well

My water broke at 37 weeks so I had a pretty clear indicator that I was ready to give birth.

Well, by your body being ready usually it means you are dilated, thinnd out, have regular contractions usually less than 10 mins apart without stopping no matter what, extreme pressure, mucous plug fallen out, and maybe even water breaking.
