I always take mine right before i go to bed. I keep them on the bathroom counter next to my tooth brush, that way i see them and remember!

I forget also lol. You should set an alarm on your phone twice a day to remind you to take them thats what I've started doing. I take mine at 5pm and 7pm.

You take it anytime during the day. But this app has a notification. Go to settings>notifications>prenatal vitamins when you flip the reminder on it will remind you everyday at the same time you clicked it on

Anytime u Remember, after a meal.  Vitamins on an empty stomach can make u nauseated & vomit.

I used to take them at night, shortly after dinner. Setting an alarm on your phone may help. Also, I took gummies because I felt like they were easier on my stomach. Now that I'm over most of the sickness, I'm able to take whatever prenatals I want.

yes any time of the day is fine, I usually take them at night or mid day whenever the nausea is at its lowest. as long as you keep a routine (or try to at least)
