I am sick as well and actually called my Dr today and they told me theraflu  ND mucinex are perfectly fine to take. Just follow instructions also cough drops are ok as long as you don't eat them like candy :)

I am currently 19 weeks and sick as well ! My doctor told me if I have a fever to take Tylenol, (only regular, not cold and flu) but to steer away from most cold medications, and even cough drops. So definitely consult your doctor before taking anything. I've been drinking hot water with lemon and honey, and taking warm baths to help.

I would take showers and breathe the steam it helped me.
