really scared

Hey everyone I'm really worried I have only gained 5 pounds throughout my pregnancy I am 24 weeks along and I have been eating. Everyone tells me to eat and I have been but if I eat too much I get nauseous. My baby moves a lot and she's very active so I don't know. I just want her to get all the nutrition she needs.

If your drs haven't said anything you should be okay i was the same way and up until 30 weeks i barely gained anything now within a month ive put on like 12 pounds lol terrible but if you have a sams club or walgreens or cvs or kingsoopers they sell these amazing protien shakes called premier protien and i love them they really help its tons of protien maybe get some of those? They are expensive though sams club has the best deal on them

I had only gained like 6 pounds at 28 weeks, I hit my third trimester and started gaining weight more normally now im 39 weeks and have gained like 17 I think, so don't worry as long as the baby is growing and moving

As long as your eating healthy and taking your Prenatals I wouldn't worry!!  Honestly I was like you and only gained a couple of pounds and once I reached 28-32 weeks i gained 20.  And I didn't change my eating habits or nothing! So I have no idea where that weight came from lol
