Yes this happens to me more than I like. Sometimes I go days without feeling my daughter move too. It scares the life out of me. Sometimes it works for me to eat something then lay down and stay on one side but half on my back and half propped on my side. If that doesn't work I use my doppler to find her heartbeat. I hope that helps.
Thank u so much for the advice. I was thinking of buying a doppler too. This boy just scares the heck outa me.
Drink something super cold as fast as you can and that should make the baby move..... take big gulps
I definitely understand. I just rent my doppler cause they're kind of expensive to buy. But it's only $28/month to rent. I would probably have a huge ER bill if I didn't have it lol
I had a huge change in movement around that time! My baby boy totally changed his schedule so when I expected tk feel him I didn't. It was scary! You can always go in and hear the heartbeat if you are oveerly concerned and sometimes they'll give an ultrasound if you are that worried. I wouldn't hesitate to call! I unfortunately had a large kidney stone at 27 weeks so I was in the ER and was relieved of my worries (they check baby over ans over anytime you're there!)
They don't tell you to do kick counts until around 28 weeks... That's because movement is very inconsistent at this time.
I bought a Doppler for only 50 bucks... They aren't that expensive, order online.
Thank you ladies for the suggestions! I really appreciate it.
Really really cold ice juice use to get my daughter going Or I would poke my own stomach not hard just enough to make her move even if it was a little
