3days late on my period should i be concerned?

i made an appt with the clinic for a preg test today... i was due april first & march29-31 ive been having this weird car sick feeling in my stomach and cramps so i thought my period was coming.. april 1st i didnt get it and yesterday samething was going on! my breast are tingling & i feel bloated.. my period was march 1st-7th & i had sex the 12th,15th,24th & 26th

Anytime you're late for your period you could be pregnant, especially with symptoms, and you could very well have hit your ovulation day with the times you said you had sex, so I would wait and get the results from your pregnancy test. If it's negative and you're still not getting your period, wait another week and test again, if it's still negative you can make an appt. with your OB/GYN and get to the bottom of why your period's late!
