35 weeks back pain
how do i aliviate back pain???????? it hurts so bad i feel like its going to breakkk im pretty short 5 ft tall and quite big now i reallly want this baby out its so hard for me to do daily things any tips or advice
Nice warm shower. Try putting a pillow behind ur back when sitting or laying
Try a heating pad. I used one during labor with my first. It was a life saver. Is the anyone that can give you a massage? Have them use a heating oil/ lotion. It should help.
