risk of preterm labor

I'm 28w 2d and been having contractions and spotting. I'm 1cm and 30% thinned. At the hospital they did a fetal appranectim (sp) which came back negative. So at least for the next 2 weeks I won't go into labor. They said I needed to get rid of my stress. Me and my fiance just recently broke up and I'm so upset. He was treating me bad and I kept giving him chance after chance and then told him I couldn't do it anymore. The last straw was him going out to the bar with two girls while I was at home with our 2yr old bleeding and having contractions. Then he also stayed the night at his brothers house with them. Idk what to do. My stress levels are so high. I'm trying to calm down but I can't stop crying or thinking about it. what do I do.

I am sorry about your break up but you really do need to do what is best for the baby and try not to stress out. Especially if you are only 28 weeks and already a cm dilated and thinned. I know that breakups are very hard to deal with and especially being pregnant, your hormones are going psychotic right now as it is but you need to rest, find something to take your mind off of everything and just remember that your baby comes first and his/her health (as well as yours) are most important.
