Is root beer OK to drink during first trimester or anytime during pregnancy?

I craved root beer throughout my first pregnancy. As long as I didn't drink a ton of it, I was fine

Soda and caffeine are completely fine to drink all throughout your pregnancy. However, do not over-exceed it and be sure to balance your water intake as well. Can never have too much water!!

I craved it with my first, in moderation it will ok. Just don't overdo sugar.

You're allowed 250 mg of caffeine  a day. Which means you can safely have a few sodas a day.

it is, jus not alot.
maximum number of cups you can have a day of caffeine is 2 cups.

Basically no soda with caffeine. I rootbeer But try to limit it because of the high fructose corn syrup

I've drank it numerous times cuz caffeine free and my boy is healthy. Just don't drink like five soda a day lol
