Yes I am working. I work retail as a manager/cashier so I know all about it! Lol. Like I said you just learn a way to accommodate for it.
Nothing releaves it lol its actually really normal and comman during pregnancy it only gets worst as u go futher along in pregnancy .. i kno its a nasty sharp pain but theres really nothin u can do ... since its ur pelvis streaching
Are you working? Since i got back from the er ive been laying around in bed..but i have to go to wrk later and working as a cashier i have to make sudden movements and thats what worrys me.. :(
The best thing is no sudden movements like twists or turns. Also you can take tylenol if it gets really bad. I'm 32 weeks now and I've had it since about 22 weeks. You just kind of get used to it and learn what ways are ok to turn and to not turn after awhile.
