light bleeding 27 weeks

So last Friday I went to the ER because when I went pee in the morning and wiped it was pinkish red. My Dr met me there and checked everything and did an ultrasound and said it was probably from sex. So since then I've had light brown spotting and yesterday it was gone. Today I went to the bathroom and wiped and it was like a redish brown color. My Dr said last week everything was fine but it's back again and red I don't know what to do
