Yeah thats why i started eating the activia cause im having tummy troubles. I was worried if it was safe cause when i googled it it said that yogurt wasnt safe so i panicked a little.

Yogurt is fine its actually very healthy for you and baby, I wouldn't think there would be an issue with activia either since its just yogurt that keeps your bowels regular because constipation is common during pregnancy
