I have salad in a bag that I bought from safeway. Can I eat it?? I heard that it isn't good to eat while pregnant

Im betting they mean just eat well washed salads and produce theres actually more cases of ecoli from spinach than from meat cuz ppl dont think to wash it

Ive never heard that and im on my 5th pregnancy and I eat salad all the damn time .... I actually crave salads with this one and my son

That salad isn't good to eat I think its just depends on the lettuce like my Dr said to try to stay away from iceburg lettuce I don't remember why he said but I try to only eat romane
