Try stretching ur legs lay down on the floor and put up ur feet as near to ur face as u can that will help alot or look up for some YouTube videos for sciatica during pregnancy it help me alot i know how pain full it is
I dealt with this in june/july. Keep moving, walking is best. Careful when bending over or twisting. Lots and lots of ice. I bought 2 ice packs so i could rotate them. Nearly every hour for 15-20 min, or every 2 hours. I also saw my doctor and hot a referal to a physical therapist. I was so bad I could hardly walk. I hand to hang onto my car door before I could put weight on it and walk. It was horrible pain. Massage can help, but it didnt do much for me. It can agravate it if its not done right. No heat, relaxin hormone makes you back/hip muscles and joints loose and heat will make it worse. Ive been amazing since then. I have been through back surgery less than 2 years ago, my back is one of the things I try to protect the most. I know the pain!
I want to go natural but I'm with you.! This pain is crazy. I literally feel 100 years old.
I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to labor naturally with this going on and that's really important to me. I'm all but immobilized now!
YESSSS!!! I never had any pain with my daughter and my lower half is killing me. I can't feel anything in my hips or butt except pain. And catering to my 3yr olds every need is killing my body lol.
