severe back pain
Hey girls has anyone experienced severe lower back pain. Im 17 weeks since 16 weeks i feel like i fell really hard i cant get comfortable or relieve the pain.i can barely get up.

I'd call your doctor. It's probably just strain from your weight shifting. Mine said a heating pad on low alternating on and off every 10 min. Tylenol and icy hot was ok. But call to double check.
