Severe pain in lower right abdomen and lower right back it hurts to walk..... 18 weeks

Could also be appendix I had this issue at 32weeks and had to have surgery. I would call your doc or go to the hospital just to be safe

It could possibly be kidney stones.. one of the worst pains of my life i had them whenbi was 26 weeks and they made me throw up.. couldnt breathe walk or anything.. if it is a kidney stone it will pass but alls the dr can do is give u painkillers
