I'm really excited for labor this time around! I'm better informed and I've already been through it. While it's the hardest thing you'll ever do, it's not impossible! Our bodies ate made for this ladies, and interventions are rarely needed. Wanted sometimes, overused all the time, but rarely needed.

Omg :( im scared too! Im being such a wuss right now like my whole back just hurts and my friend just said "thats nothing compared to labor" and I started crying. :'(

Take a class on it.  You learn how to breath and all that stuff. It calms you a little

You cant control it you just have to go with it. Trust me your body will know what to do. Before I had my son I was so scared and I always wondered how you knew you need to push but your body just knows its almost like you need to poop. It'll all be ok our bodies are meant for this. Good luck(:
