very active baby

I am currently just 18+2wks and have felt movement multiple, like every hour or 2, times a day for almost a week. It keeps me awake at night, baby conveniently decides to be all active when its bedtime -.-  i had started worrying last week because i felt nothing, no movement or sickness, didnt feel pregnant anymore and havent had a scan for 5wks or had to see the GP, but in the last week i've gotten a bigger belly and my bf keeps pestering me because he really wants to feel it but can't.

I'm guessing this is a good thing that baby is moving? How long until it can be felt externally?

Im 23 weeks and only a few if her kicks have been strong enough to feel outside. Sometimes my belly is on dad and shes kicking up a storm and he cant feel it.

We just started to feel movement outside. you have to concentrate though. Id say about 21wks. but only on the strong kicks
