Postpartum question

Had my baby a week ago, I know bleeding is normal and that if I soak up a pad within an hr to call my doc, but my papers say to call her if im passing clots, which I am. I dont if passing clots is normal ftm, I dont wonna sound dumb asking this. Im also feeling alot of lower back pain and abdominal pain but dont know if its because cramping after is normal.

Mine are the size of a bouncy ball or ping pong table ball. Not too big just I could fell them passing and it makes me uneasy

I just read that its normal unless theyre bigger then a golf ball then u should call. Check out the 25-34 and look at the post about Post baby concerns hopefully that helps
