Am i the only one feeling this way? So basically I am pregnant with my third child and even tho i an really excited and can't wait to hold him or her but is it normal to get less excited with each pregnancy? Like I'm 19 weeks and still have bought anything and sometime forget I'm pregnant. With my first you couldn't keep me out of babies r us or off a baby clothing store website

Adding on to what I said - the only times I feel much excitement is when I experience something different with this pregnancy than I have with others. But I think thats paranoia too lol

Yeap lol Im in the same boat hun. This is number 4 for me and it seems like everyone else is more excited than I am about the pregnancy lol. Me personally Im just loving the no period part but after 20 weeks the excitement just dropped for me. I think in part its because its another boy but also because this is number four

I'm on my first pregnancy and I'm the same way. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with feeling that way. Obviously you love your baby but I think it makes sense to not show AS much excitement as the first.

Yes,  it's normal.  The funny thing is,  you won't love this one less when he/she arrives.  You've just done it all before.  Erma Bombeck said something like my first child was born on Dec. 3,  1957 at 8:37 a.m.  My second child was born Oct. 4,  1961.  My third child was born the year the grocery store burned down".  So true.  ;D
