When do i actually have to start being careful about having sex?im 20wks now and i do see a lot of mommies posting about how sex triggers contractions and labor and i believe it cuz even my mom advised me to be careful. I was born prematured and i dont know the risk of my baby going to be born prematured as well. Advice?
Sex is safe throughout your entire pregnancy. I never stopped or slowed down with my husband and I'm 34w and 6d! Your cervix is protecting your baby so you can be as rough as you want it won't do anything
Sex is safe unless your doctor says otherwise. Just don't be too rough because it can be painful, and if it does hurt at any point either stop or try another position. I wouldn't worry too much (:
