Last week i had sex. I had an orgasm, and my bf also came in me. Afterwards i started having pretty painful contractions that lasted all night and a bit into the next day. Well the next day at my appt, i told my doc what happened and he checked me and i was dilated to a 1. I think if i was further i might have actually gone into labor lol but yeah sex helps

I heard a lot.of ppl on here say it helped them go into labor..the sperm helps soften the cervix..and the movemeny and/or orgasm helps dilation
