Is it Ectopic? Miscarriage? or am I still pregnant?

I found out I was pregnant Dec. 23rd, 2011. My last period was Nov. 23, 2011. I went to the docs the 28th of Decemeber, and that night starting bleeding. Next morning I did my urine test and blood work as needed. Then went back to the docs. Internal exam showed my cervix was closed and hard. ? . My urine test came back INDETERMINATE. I had to look it up. Basically there wasn't enough hormones to say I was, but too much to say I wasn't... back to the docs! then went back a week later for more testing. Urine test still is pending, but HCG showed at 92. I have to go back again on Friday, the 6th of January 2012. I'm worried. Not sure what to think, although I'm starting to believe its ectopic. At first we figured I was miscarrying, and I was devastated. Now I'm worried I will need surgery! I had stopped bleeding, and never passed any clots, although I bled for a week. Anyone got advice or stories to help me ease the nerves?

Bleeding is common in early pregnancy, and as long as your HCG is rising that's a good thing. I'm not saying one way or the other on what's going on, but I'd have them keep checking your levels, and schedule an ultrasound. Good luck!

my doc wont send me for one yet. says its too early to tell anything. and i go back for more bloodwork on Friday. It just feels like forever waiting to see if we are, or not. I mean we were scared we were miscarrying, and thats what we were told, and now its ectopic. I don't know how to feel or what to feel anymore. I just want my baby! Just curious if anyone else heard of anything like this... first time on here. :)

urine test results came in. now testing positive!!!!!
First one was indeterminate. Doc is wondering if I'm not as far along as he figured.
More blood tests, and then going to be going to an obgyn :)
Fingers crossed everything is normal in there !

YAY! That's good that the test came back positive. It is possible you aren't as far as thought originally. Good luck to you and I hope to hear in the next few weeks that you've seen a heartbeat!

My fingers are crossed!!!! Been a bit of a roller coaster ride, but the full out answers are coming soon! Can't wait! Still worried, but trying to keep that to a minimum.  Will re post when I know for sure! :) in the mean time, what on earth do I do with myself???? hahaha

Relax, breath, and go about normal daily life and hope the time goes by fast, ha ha. Don't over do it, rest when you can.
