So I have been experiencing morning ever since I found out i was pregnant. So my awesome boyfriend went on a quest to find things that would help. So i thought i share what he got for me what worked for me and what didn't, and maybe some of you ladies can check them out. He brought me some peppermint tea it was yummy but didn't help at all. So he went to sprouts and brought me ginger tea, and some cystallized ginger candies. First the tea helped not a big tea drinker but it workes great for me. The candies i didnt go anywhere without them they were like an instant relief. But i stopped using them as much because of the sugar. So yesterday he went to walgreens and came home excited he found this gum thats called sea band anti nausea ginger gum and he also got me a sea band anti nausea wrist band. Let me just say the gum is my new best friend I love it. Plus its perfect because I am always chewing gum. The bracelet i am still trying to figure out if it works for me. It kinda looks like a sweat band with a white accupucture ball thing on it thats suppose to go in the inside of the wrist and stop nauses. Still iffy about it. I also have a salt and lemon addiction I know its bad because of the sodium and its very acidic, but its sooo good and that also helps with my nausea. But i have definitely cut back eating that since i got pregnant. Hope some of you ladies try these out and they work for you.
