I was kinda the same way with my first pregnancy. I started getting better once I hit the second trimester with my son, but didn't really get my appetite back completely until the third. Whatever you can eat, eat. Don't let your husband make you feel like a pig, just try to lean towards the healthier foods.
yea take out i can eat most of the time but my husband is a health/neat freak and makes me feel like a pig when i ask for take out
Have you tried eating out more? I have trouble eating food that I prepare. It grosses me out to see it in the uncooked stage.
It helps me if my husband helps me cook it until it is at least a little done, or If I get takeout or something.
I'm glad I dont have that problem, although I can't really eat meat anymore doesnt appeal to me since baby made home down there lol, I'm finally just getting off one meal a day :)
no i havnt asked i have a apt. in 3 weeks ill ask then bland food seem to be worse i can sometimes stomach spicy foods but no bland or sweet food . sour i can eat too but i can only ever eat about the size of a hot dog and thats pushing it ill start to gag on it
Have you asked your dr about anti nausea medications? Have you tried eating bland foods, small portions?
