I get it randomly all the time,  and before I was pregnant. It lasts about 3 minutes for me, then it goes away. Im 19w2d.

I have sharp pains under my breasts but I'm 36 weeks. Mine is from my organs adjusting to the baby growing and applying pressure up. The higher my organs are shifted, the more spread out my ribs became the more painful it was. This could be the same for you, if so it's just the begginning. My pain started around 20 weeks and gradually got worse I'd have to stop and sit down sometimes for a minute and breathe through the bad episodes.
