prednisone and ecotrin during pregnance

Hi, i am 6 weeks pregnant and have an auto immune problem, my doctor has put me on 5g Prednisone and 81g Ecotrin to take once daily. Is this safe for pregnancy

I was on predisone  early in my PRegnancy n told it was safe for,pregnan CT for a short period of time. N ecotrin is like baby asprin so I can see th at maybe being safe. With ur medical history the benifits may out weigh the risks. But def talk to ur doc or pharmicist. I always check whenim given medicen. Go od luck n congrats on ur baby

I wouldn't think that it would be a good choice of meds for a pregnancy.If they don't know your pregnant then you need to call them and tell them. If they do know and that's the meds they put you on the I would sit call them and ask a few questions.Sometimes doctors have to do what's best health wise even if there is a small risk to the fetus but everything should be explained to you. Call get your answers and also do your own research online.This is your baby.
