I was allowed to drink water and have ice chips after being induced. But I still threw up during labor

I work in the Nicu and our best doctors and nurses would never even st you know if you pooped so if that's what u want enjoy it :)

I got induced April 28th. They, started at 11 am. I didn't eat anything that morning. They told me o couldn't eat once they induce. I had my daugther.  April 29th 12:09 am.

Make sure you have food or something you can, eat after labor.r The only thing I open when I had my daugther was a gas station.  My friend gave me a bunch of chocolate and money as a gift. S I ate the chocolate and some chips. A HORRIBLE thing to eat after labor. But beggars can't be choosers.

I wouldnt. I had a chinese food buffet right before i was admitted, worst idea. I puked when i was in labor, it sucked. If you can avoid it, dont. A small snack should be good.

I ate while on pitocin the nurse brought me lasagna I didn't poop or puke all women are different. I'm not scared of puking or pooping during labor they've all seen it before so I'd rather feel good not hungry.

If you don't mind pooping during labor then I say go for it! The nurses or your Dr won't think anything of it (:

i wouldn't. my cousin did before she went to get induce. not only did she throw up everything she ate but she pooped herself lol. so i won't be eating before i go into labor all crazy if they induce me. i really don't want to poop myself. but if you want to go for it momma. whatever you're comfortable with or whatever you wanna do. its all up to you don't let anyone tell you what you can or can't do. good luck tomorrow. yea agreed^ you'll more than likely throw up and poopy. my sister ate like one frito during labor and she puked all crazy

No probably not.. I only had breakfast before I was induced at 4pm yesterday.. I was hungry but they give you popsicles and ice chips..and I did not poop when I delivered so that was a plus.
