Just eat. U wouldnt feel hungry if u were full. Just make sure u have drunk enough water as hunger can be a symptom of dehydration.

Eat if your hungry. But try and eat things that'll cure your hungry
You shouldn't eat a lot unless you don't mind the weight gain. Yes you're suppose to gain weight but I mean the unnecessary weight gain. You should really only be eating 300 calories more than normal a day in your second trimester then 500 extra in the 3rd but if you're in your first then you don't need to change the way you eat. But I know how you feel I'm hungry a lot try healthy snacks when you get hungry.
