I'm 12 weeks but I'm not showing. I was 118 lbs before pregnancy, now I'm 119.6 lbs. My doctor  said the baby is a bit bigger then 12 weeks even if I'm not showing. But when I wake up in the morning  I can feel a small ball in my lower abdomen. So showing doesn't make a difference. Your baby can be perfectly  healthy  showing or not showing.

It's most likely bloating. Showing starts as the baby gets bigger and your uterus expands. Try this: in the morning when you have to pee, before you get out of bed,  lay on your back and feel your lower stomach. Where ever it feels hard is about where baby is at. Throughout the day if you notice your stomach pouching out but it's allot higher than the top of that hard spot, your probably just bloated which is normal. I know this because I asked my doctor and that's what she told me. I was bloating so much that I thought I could be much further along but once she explained that to me it made perfect sense.
