about 5 months ago i was due for my period, breast got sore but no period so left it thinking it will start, but nothing next month came started after 28 days 4 day period, carried on haveing my periods monthly till i had my last one on the 28th october for four days. then dident have another one, got sore breast when it i was due , so went out bought a test on the3rd of december come out postive that am pregnant so, i bought a (clue blue that told me i was 3+=5-7 weeks or more)  so went down to my local doctors made an apoointment, so see a doctor on the 15 december, is along wait i know. anyways so now i dont exactly know how far i am , about 2 months ago i was in the bath and started feeling flutters and bubbles busting in my tummy, then all of a sudden my tummy started moving boucing (it sounds weired i know) like it was having a party. i have felt little movements every now and then , but on the 6 december i caught a cold and a cough, i have been coughing so much that my chest is so sore, and due to coughing i have thrown up on a number of times, so went to the phamicy to fined out wat i can take (just to help with the coughing she said try honey and lemon, wicth i gave it ago but i through it all back up, (but last night was a great night slept right through no coughing so it must be going, yay.

BUT now my  question is  does the baby feel you are sick and dont move as much when sick , as since i have been sick i havent felt the baby at all. i have no pains pregnacy is going well, just full of cold.

This is my third child, 4th pregnancy, and I felt flutters at 14 weeks, I am now over 18 and feel full blown movements and kicks, So you may have felt somthing, maybe just not the partying, that could have been gas or somthing, I wouldn't worry too much. The OB will do a U/S for dating. If you are sick and sore you may not be as sensitve to the movements.

I am 5 months pregnant and I have just started to feel flutters last week...IF you were five months along, it would have been impossible for you to see your stomach 'moving and bouncing'...you would have only been 12w at the most and the baby is not capable at that gestational point in producing movements that you would feel or actually see.

If you are not feeling the baby move, it is not because you are sick it is because even at 5 months, if that is what you are, the baby is in a huge sac of fluid, inside your expanded uterus, behind your abs and behind a thin layer of fat.

Good luck at your appointment on the 15th...I hope you get all your questions answered.
