Thanks shelz I did read.about foods that may cause headaches during pregnancy. I don't drink soda but occasionally eat chocolate but I do drink allot of chocolate milk. I throw up with my migraines too. It horrible. I hope this doesn't continue because so far I'm doing good. I haven't had any morning sickness since I found out I was.expecting so I don't want these headaches to interfere with  my journey :/

Hey i got really bad migranes constantly for around 2 weeks at around your stage. Had them every day and always ended up vomiting over them. I went to my doc and he prescribed some paracetamol (did no good) so i tried thinking bout what i had been eating/drinking lots of since they started and decided id try cutting out pepsi/cola. They were gone after 2 days and never came back. I think chocolate can trigger them too. Wishing u the best and hope they stop as there is no worse feeling in the world..:)

I have been seeing a high risk doctor due to high blood pressure and he told me that if i have a migrane that wont go away, i am to call the clinic immediately. I think it could be due to pre-eclampsia. You should call your doctor just to touch base!

I would take a rag and wet it with very warm water and fold it and cover my forehead and my eyes with it and lay down in a dark room. Something about the heat felt so good on my head whenever I had a killer headache.
