sign of labor at 38 weeks?
I am 38 weeks and today I have had a constant lower back pain that goes to my hips as well as a constant menstrual cramping. It still hurts whether I'm standing or sitting and I have even taken Tylenol and its not helping. At 36 weeks I lost my mucus plug and was already 1cm dilated and 50% effaced and could feel the baby head.
With my son the only reason I knew I was in labor was because I lost my mucus plug in a mass and it was blood tinged also the contractions hurt really bad and I could tell the difference between the smaller ones and real labor ones
