signs of labor??
I'm 26 +3 Weeks And I Tested Positive Last Week For My Baby Coming Any Week Now, I'm A Ftm So I Have No Idea What I'm Really Looking For... So What Are Some Signs Of Labor And When/How Bad Should I Let It Get Before I Go To The Hospital? Just Wanting To Be Prepared. :)
I started to have contractions at 27weeks and was going into labor they gave me the shot to stop labor after two of being in the hospital because they started to get worst.. mine started with mild cramping and pressure then it got worst.. then back pain started.. so I wouldn't wait to get check out!
I started having contractions at 25weeks I wemt into the hospital and they stopped them , they also tested me vaginaly to see if I could be in risk of preterm labor and they told me I was fine . Now im 27weeks ans yesterday I went for a check up and my doctor told me my cervix is short that my baby boy could come early .. He hasn't put me on bed rest but either way im trying to stay off my feet as most as I can . Hopefully both our baby plans on staying in there a little longer and come out strong and healthy <3

Maybe because you show no signs, or because you are not dilated at all. Not sure sweetie...
Well good! Idc if the hospital is sick of seeing you! Better safe then sorry! Baby needs to stay until term!
I Know.. That's Horrible I'm So Sorry For You! I Can't Imagine How That Fills. I Posted A Comment Last Thursday That You Commented On And You Actually Got Me Going To The Hospital And This Post Is What They Concluded!
Right Now I Have Period Like Cramping And Fill Pressure Like He Is Constantly Pushing Down And I Told My Mom I Fill Wetter Down There (Sorry TMI)
Look for extreme constant back pains and pressure in your back, if not then look for extreme constant period cramps. Don't hesitate to go in when the pain randomly comes, my water leaked for two days until it broke and I had no clue. So maybe look for an excess amount of discharge out of no where. Also if you feel heavier well your belly feel heavier... uhhh... I can't think of anything else right now.
Idk The Name Of It But It's A Vaginal Test And My Ob Said They Normal Don't Do It Till Your Last Month But She Felt My Cervix Was Soft So She Did It And She Said When You Test Positive It Means That You Could Have Your Baby In The Next 2-3 weeks
What did you test positive for? What was the test? I have had 5 preterm labors since I was 15weeks and I'm 24weeks now. This worries me....
Do Y'all Think My Ob Should Being Doing More Then Just Bed Rest? I'm Not Dilated As Of Last Week But I'm Softening Out And Tested Positive So Is Bed Rest Enough?
Agree with pp. I'd call them just to get a medical opinion since you're already at risk.
You can call your ob or labor and delivery tell them what your feeling and that you are at risk for pre term labor and they can tell you to go in or not.
I Am Concerned With The Whole Not Knowing What I'm Looking For... My Ob Said Tightening And The.Cramping.Isn't Tightening It's Just Cramps So I Didn't Know If That Should Be A Red Flag... I'm So ScarEd And It's MostLy Of Not Knowing.
