signs of pregnancy?

iv posted a couple of questions on here over the past week...
i had an abortion just over 9 weeks ago but pregnancy test are still coming up positive.
i did doubt i was pregnant again as we have been really careful and used protection everytime we have had sex.
i went to the hospital for an ultra sound and an internal scan as well as an internal examination. the scans showed that there doesnt seem to be a pregnancy and theres no tissue left over from the abortion. i still havnt come on my period though ( was due on, on the 20th)
this weekend though iv started getting pregnancy symptoms, not the same as when i was pregnant though.
spent all day saturday and sunday throwing up and i keep having dizzy spells.
iv been to the docs this morning and they basically turned me away say, tests are still positive from the last pregnancy, the ultra sound suggested there was nothing there and they are unable to do blood work.
i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where i can go from here. im just been made to feel like a hypochondriac.
i can ask my family about this as no one knows what im going through

I personally would also get your Doctor done for not helping you and turning you away,

ye i know about the 2-3 weeks thing now. told my boyfriend everything this afternoon and were goin private...
how long does it take to get the results of blood tests? x

the same thing happened to me a year and a half ago i was still gettin positve results after 6weeks so my doctor sent e to hospital for blood test, they did one and it showed my hcg levels where raised they then repeated it 48hrs later and they had doubled so it showed i was pregnant again. when they did the scan there was nothin there so i had to go back a week later still nothin then again a week later and there was a baby. ultrasounds dont show the baby till around 4-6 weeks. you need to be firm with your doctor and tell him that you want the blood tests to see if your hcg is rising, if they wont help find another doctor. it does sound like you have caught again as a pregnancy test usuall gives a nagative result 2-3weeks after the abortion. good luck

Try a different doctor. You may have an infection or something else going on.
