As long as you're well into your 2nd trimester, tylenol cold, sugar free Robitussin dm, mucinex dm, sudafed, and sugar free cough drops are okay. I'm sick too and I'm taking tylenol cold and using saline spray.

Omg sorry I read the wrong post /.\ oops I was told you can take Tylenol cold. I mean it's Tylenol but idk though.  Haven't asked my doctor

U can also take robitussin or anything with the drug DEXTROMETHORPHAN and mucinex
