I get sleep paralysis every so often I'm really scared that this will affect my baby in some way. I'm 18 weeks, anybody else gets sleep paralysis?

MahMahBeaR its something that happens to some people (usually those with anxiety disorders are more prone to it). It's when your body remains in REM sleep but.your brain is waking up. You are able to move your eyes and may feel yourself trying to scream however your body remains patalyEd and you cannot talk. Usually this situation creates even more anxiety and often the person will feel a sense of impending doom or as if they are in grave danger. It usually only lasts a few seconds to a few minutes but it is terrifying to say the least.
