Hi a pregnancy pillow might help.
reading before bed can put your in a restful state.. This will come and go for the rest of your pregnancy... Lately, I dont think I have slept more than 2 hours straight and generally wake up every so often just to rotate to my other side because my hip is sore.
that is totally normal , try to relax and not worry about anything . before u go to bed try to take a worm shower and when u go to bed use a pillow , put pillow between ur legs. i am 9 weeks and having trouble sleeping too, but i used these tip and now i am feeling better . best of luck to u :)
