I have recently found out that I am pregnant, I normally sleep on my stomach, is that ok or should I try to change that?

*not safe on your back after about sixteen weeks because your uterus is so heavy it can cut off its own blood supply.

Typically okay as long as it's comfortable but I'd start trying to make the change now so you'll have other positions to fall asleep in later on. Don't be too hard on yourself if you end up on your stomach every morning. It's hard to change sleep habits!
