A warm/hot shower right before bed does help
Yes Ive been going through the same thing since about 20 weeks Im 23 weeks now and it's starting to get a little better. But I would stay up to 4-5 a.m snacking and eating all night then sleep till 1 or 2
I do. I have to have a hot bath and a hot cup of tea to help me sleep. I try to not drink so much tea so some nights I eat soup and take a bath. A hot liquid or solid and a bath always helpa me
