Oh its horrible! My doc suggested I take Tylenol pm. Said its safe for the baby. It helps alot. I just take one and im out cold! After weeks and weeks of not being able to sleep and snapping easily at my husband and daughter I finally gave in and started taking one when I feel I cant sleep

That happends to me to! Im 16 weeks and im tierd around 9 but always wake up tossing and turning by like 5am! In my prenatal class they said once your farther along you start waking up in the middle of the night randomly to, its just your body prepairing for the baby!

Im on my lunch now about to take a nap.. 19 weeks.. and I tell ya.. no sleep for the weary.. I played classic music to soothe the baby.. nope.. this lil pumpkin. .was dancing. . Lol

Im 20 weeks and having the same problem. i work all day so i can't nap even if i wanted to. But then i wake up at 430 in the morning and can't fall back asleep

Im 21 weeks want be 22 weeks till Monday & I kno the feeling I have trouble sleeping

Omg i dont take naps durin the day cause i dont get tired but once 8pm hits i get so tired n ill fall asleep but the ill wake up at 12 n cant sleep after that till like almost 6am n only till 7:30am i cant take this anymore cause i wantt to sleep at night
