I sleep half on my belly half on my side with a pillow between my legs. With my first born i was told by my ob if i really needed to sleep on my belly put a pillow under the beginning of my pelvic bone and under my chest, so my belly wasnt touching the bed. Iy was actually comfortable.

You can sleep on your stomach all the way up to your due date if you wanted to, if it's still comfortable for you then go for it :)
