My doc told me benadryl but it dried my colostrum production. And I want to breast feed. So I stopped taking it and just take Tylenol and drink warm tea before bed. And take a bath. Love baths lol
You can take unisom it was first made for nausea and morning sickness Google it its a pretty cool story and it ALWAYS helps me get some sleep
Tylonol PM = Life saver!!!!!! Helps the pain and helps you sleep!
My doctor has me on 5mgs of ambian
Yes benadryl and Tylenol pm because it just has benadryl in it to help you sleep I've had to take benadryl on and off during my pregnancy because I have severe insomnia at times I've actually been having problems sleeping again the last 3 days so will be taking one here shortly
I was told to take tylenol pm since it's just tylenol and benadryl if ur hurting and can't sleep and just benadryl to sleep
thank you all for the advice
Im taking unisom and my doc also said its safe to take during pregnancy.
My doctor told me that Unisom is safe during pregnancy.
Mine said I could take Benadryl. But 2 is the limit . Some will say no. But ask anyone and they say yes. Mine said yes . My pharmacy said yes , my reg doc said yes. Everyone says yes
In general, doctors tend to not want to use these types of medications. I was given a sleeping pill one time during pregnancy, the day before I delivered my baby because I was having latent phase labor and had been up for 34 straight hours. I threw it up as soon as I took it and delivered my baby the next day.
I would not take any sleep aids unless your doctor has specifically said okay no matter what you read on the internet. good luck
I haven't taken sleeping pills but I have taken 2 tylenols and bedtime chamomile tea on nights where I'm in really bad pain and can't sleep. My doctor said that was ok.
I take the tylenols first and wait 20 to take the tea :) it helps me.
also! ive already called my ob and ive gotten no return phone call :( thats why im posting this. . army doctors suck
