So I'm 28 weeks and well for some reason when I started my 3rd trimester I been having a lot of problems sleeping..I can't sleep facing up cause my back hurts I can't sleep on the side either because is the same... My bed is soft I guess I need a more firm bed.. and my lower back seems to get cramped bad that it feels like if it got stuck... Omg I need any ideas for sleeping good... And mind that I tried the hot shower before sleep and hot milk doesn't work seems to keep me up until around 1 or 2 am I need sleep ASAP
