my pop addiction

I absolutely cannot go a day without a coke, I'm trying to drink water instead. What do you guys think about drinking 1 Pop a day while pregnant?

You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day. I have to drink caffeine because I get migraines and I'm almost 34 weeks with a perfectly healthy boy. This is also my second and my first is fine. When they worry about caffeine during pregnancy they're talking like over 300 mg a day.....that's a lot of coke. I wouldn't worry about it and honestly if the baby is going to be bothered by caffeine at all It's more likely going to happen during breastfeeding (even that's not likely with having one coke).

As long as you stay in the 200mg of caffeine range you're good. I wouldn't be able to stay awake if I didn't have my Dr Pepper most days lol.

My doctor allows me two caffeine drinks a day. Ask your doctor, since all of them are pretty different in what they allow. Good luck!
